Both Dr. Malmgren and Mr. Falcon have served Presidents of the United States and have been involved in the making of financial market policy at the highest levels of government. They draw on their long experience in the political and policy arena to help investors gain insights that help them better manage their portfolios and business strategies. They explain the financial markets to policy makers and explain the policy makers to the markets. By serving as interpreter/translators they are able to stand between the world¡¯s most important and powerful business decision makers and policymakers. Their expertise and experience offers our clients a unique understanding of some of the important factors that must be taken into consideration in the investment process whether the investor is an individual or a large institution. They also work with the senior management of corporations who need to understand the macroeconomic landscape in order to make better quality business decisions.

Dr. Malmgren tends to focus on the G7 and China and developments in places such as the Middle East or geopolitical issues in other regions may have a material impact on the policies that will influence the markets. Her end goal is to help give all decision makers more accurate and reliable basis for decision-making.

Mr. Falcon tends to focus more on issues related to the mortgage, securitization and property markets as well as banking and financial regulation issues. He served for many years as the Chief Regulator for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and as the senior advisor to the Congress on these matters.
